Riding One Of My Favorite Rides

Got up at 8:00 AM for the ride but had a headache so I laid down a little longer. Woke up at 12:00 PM, rode to the banks trailhead for the start. 13 miles to the start, lots of riders today, I was following a family of riders. They all stopped, I proceed to ride past them and said whoops, it was a recumbent rider they are stopping for, recumbent riders are hard to see because they are so low to the ground, besides the rider was wearing all black. I couldn't wait for the nicer parts of the trail, the smell of a damp forest is refreshing. Its warm outside today, 40 degrees up to 80 just like that is a big change. Usually I will ride all the Vernonia but I started to late. So I turned around. On the way home I got a little dizzy, must be from the huge increase in temperature, so earlier in the year, so I stopped in some shade for a while to recover then I went home.
