Sunset Turns To Darkness Number Two
This ride was pretty much like the first one, instead of going down Harrington Rd. We ventured out a little further and went down roads Kerkman, Dersham and Mountaindale. On mountaindale we rode past a pond and the frogs were so loud we coudn't here each other talking. It was now darker than the first ride. Cruising along on some pitch black roads with only the reflection from the moon on water logged fields. My lights did a nice job of lighting my rear and putting a nice beam of light out in the front of me. We crossed at highway 26 and continued onto Mountaindale Rd. On the other side of 26 the fields were flooded a hole lot more, a little scary. It was a little hard seeing our turn onto Roy Rd. Traveling down Roy, We past some houses, i was thinking what are occupants of the house saying, must have looked funny with my blue http://bikebrightz.com/ led light shining bright, doesn't hurt to have a little extra visibility. We turned onto Cornelius-Schefflin and at this hour it was a pain to turn onto Wren Rd. Wren was a lot quieter than usual. After the downhill on Padgett road, you pass over some bridges that go through some flooded fields and the frogs were just as loud as the ones on Mountaindale road. Almost home now so by for now.
